Using the app

In the Loads tab, you can see the loads drivers have registered and delivered. On this page, you can also view information about individual loads and process regraded loads.

In the Reports tab, you can view data about your company’s loads and the materials produced from them.

The Materials tab provides current instructions and information on Syklo’s operations

Treating regraded loads

If any of the loads you have brought in have been regraded by Syklo, the load will be displayed separately under Regraded loads in the Loads tab. An email about the regrading is also sent to the freight forwarder.

1. See regraded load information by pressing See load information
2. The information shows what material the load has been weighed in as and which material it has been regraded as. You can find short descriptions of all materials under the Grade criteria section and the regrader’s comment and a possible driver’s comment under the Comments section. Under Regraded loads, there is also always an image of the load taken by the regrader.

The Syklo Community mobile app includes a mobile view for drivers and freight forwarders and a desktop mode for freight forwarders. With the Syklo Community mobile app, the functionality of the waste logistics chain can develop to a new level and service at Syklo is a breeze.

The platform has its own windows for drivers and freight forwarders of contract companies. This allows us to target the features to the right user.

• For drivers, the mobile app enables, among other things, pre-registering loads, which expedites and facilitates unloading at the sorting plant.
• For freight forwarders of contract customers, the mobile app and desktop mode enable monitoring company waste data and reports.
