Recycled plastic pellets

Recycled plastic pellets are the solution of the future

Syklo supplies high-quality recycled plastic pellets that can be widely used as raw materials across the plastics industry. Syklo’s recycled plastic pellets are also suitable for many applications where recycled plastics were previously unsuitable. Finland’s largest plastic recycling plant will open in Hyvinkää early 2026. In the meantime the products will be supplied from our partner’s facility in UK.

A tailored solution designed specifically for the plastics industry

Our product portfolio includes PP, HDPE, and LDPE plastic grades. We deliver optimised products for various production methods, such as injection moulding, blow moulding, and extrusion.

Syklo’s high-quality recycled plastic pellets are tailored to meet the customer’s individual needs. For example, we adjust the melt flow rate to the optimal level according to the customer’s requirements without compromising other mechanical properties. We supply products with both a high melt flow rate and a low melt rate. Our technology also allows for better dyeing quality of products.

The tested products have been approved for a wide range of applications, including cosmetic packaging, fuel canisters, and silicone tubes. We are eager to collaborate with our customers in developing solutions for new applications and product groups.

More sustainable plastics through recycling

Producing plastic pellets from recycled materials significantly reduces the demand for virgin plastic, thereby lowering the material’s environmental impact. Recycling plastics instead of incinerating them as waste significantly reduces the greenhouse gases produced during waste incineration. All plastic pellets we produce are PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastics.

Patented BOSS Technology

The sorting technology used at Syklo’s plastics recycling plant is a unique innovation developed by Scottish plastics recycling company Impact Recycling. The process enables the recycling process to separate plastics with very small density differences. Density-based sorting enables the recycling of black plastics, which were previously challenging to recycle. At the same time, the technology enables the production of a significantly higher-quality final product.

Technical support and the testing process
